Ordering is made easy with our online services. You can shop 7 days a week, 24 hours a day online through our e-commerce checkout system.

You can phone your order through to us on 0403 846 222 during business hours Monday – Friday or if you prefer to email your order send it to and we will contact you to arrange payment and delivery if required.



Online store orders by Credit Card - Visa or MasterCard

Phone or email orders may be paid with Direct Deposit or cash on delivery.



All prices listed are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Bubbaware reserves the right to amend prices at any time without notice.


Credit Card Security Information

You can shop with confidence as we use industry-standard SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption to transmit credit card information securely. SSL allows our server to automatically establish a secure connection with your web browser to protect sensitive information during your web session. We automatically activate SSL for any pages that require you to enter personal information (your browser will display a 'locked' icon) and during the checkout process.


Commitment to Privacy and Security of Personal Information

Any information given to us is protected and only ever used to process your order once. Your customer information will not be given out, sold to third parties, exchanged or disclosed under any circumstances, unless required by a court of law. This includes the information of people subscribed to our mailing list and email newsletter. We value our customers and respect their privacy.

Out of Stock Items

From time to time some of our products will be out of stock. Because we are also a party plan business items can move through our store at a rapid rate. Should this happen, and a product is listed as out of stock please contact us either by phone on 0403 846 222 or email at and we will notify you personally when the item is back in stock with no obligation to purchase.



There's nothing nicer than receiving mail the old fashioned way so why not let us take care of that for you. For an additional $2.50 charge purchases can be gift wrapped and delivered directly to that special someone. We even include a complimentary gift tag! Simply select the gift wrap option and don't forget to mention boy, girl or unisex in the comments section, include your special message and we’ll happily add your message to the card and enclose it with your gift.


Returns & Exchanges

We understand that from time to time a customer may purchase an item that is not the right size, the wrong colour or simply not what they expected. If for one of these reasons you are dissatisfied with your purchase please follow our returns procedure below:


Before returning an item please call or email first. If you let us know what you'd like to do we can then be prepared to receive your return (and put aside whatever you would like to exchange for etc).


Return your product within 7 days from the date of purchase.


Include a copy of your receipt with the return.


The merchandise must be unopened, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.


Exchanges should include a self addressed prepaid envelope or satchel with the return of the item for the replacement stock to be sent back in. Alternatively freight will be charged to send out the exchange.


Refunds, once approved, will only be given for the value of the item, not including the initial cost of shipping the item to the customer or any return postage costs. It must be refunded in the same way it was originally paid for. Alternatively the refund can be in the form of a gift voucher.


Please Note: All sale items and custom made orders such as custom made Wall Stickers are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangable and non-refundable.


Delivery of Order

All purchases are thoroughly inspected before they are wrapped, packaged and sent out from our store with the utmost of care. We ask that all purchases are checked on receipt to assure no damage has occurred during delivery. Should your parcel arrive damaged in any way we ask that you contact our store as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours) so that we can follow-up with our courier service and discuss an appropriate resolution.




We have a flat rate postage charge of $7.50 Australia wide. Orders of $150 or more will receive free postage with our compliments. Orders will be dispatched from our store within 24 hours of processing your order. For urgent requests please make a comment at the checkout or call us about your order - we will always do what we can to help.


We use the services of Fastway Couriers and Australia Post for all deliveries. Most areas in Australia will receive their delivery within 2-4 working days. Please contact us should you still be waiting after this time.


All items are tracked, so if there is nobody to receive your parcel and the driver feels it is not safe to leave it, you will receive a calling card to pick up your parcel from your nearest post office. If you would prefer for the driver to leave your parcel in your absence please write these specific instructions in the comments section of check out but please be aware this will be at your own risk.
